From there, I never stopped: while studying at the culinary school in Montesarchio (Benevento), I began a journey that led me to work in Italy and abroad, among… Vancouver, Sion, and Krakow
In 2019 I opened my first pizzeria in Maddaloni (Caserta). After years on the front lines, I decided to devote myself entirely to what I love most: mentoring, coaching, and supporting pizza makers and hospitality entrepreneurs in their growth.
Since October 2023, I’ve been a full-time consultant.
